In Person visit Healey Library’s 4th floor Reference Service Desk during staffed hours, or request an appointment with a reference librarian.
During weekend and evening hours, visit the 2nd floor Circulation Desk for assistance. A staff member there will get you started and will consult a librarian, if needed.

Course Guides (also known as wiki pages) contain library resources tailored to your university coursework.
Subject Guides provide library resources for various departments.
Research Basics Tutorial (Formerly the Information Literacy Tutorial) is a step-by-step introduction to the research process.

Online Reference Collection is a great place to find background material for your research.

Citation Tools
Citing Sources provides links to reliable web sites that guide students through citation styling, academic writing, avoiding plagiarism, etc.
RefWorks is a web-based bibliographic management service that allows you to import citations from online databases.
Zotero is a Firefox browser extension that lets you collect, manage, and cite a multitude of resources while surfing the Internet.
