Basic workshops cover "exporting" references from library online resources to RefWorks, organizing references into folders, automatically inserting citations into your paper, and formatting your paper.
 

The advanced workshop covers RefGrabIt (import PubMed citations & captured web sites), import RSS feeds and RefShare.
