Stack of booksUMB Bookstore: Buy and sell textbooks right here at the Campus Center. The bookstore orders textbooks for UMB courses. The UMB Bookstore offers both new and (discounted) used textbooks, and has a buyback program for used textbooks.

Course Reserves: Some course material, including textbooks, may have been placed on reserve by your instructor. Check the library's print & e-reserves collection to see if your textbook is "on reserve".

Half.com: The Textbook Superstore, part of E-Bay, sells both new & used, discounted textbooks.

CafeScribe: Find free shared books or purchase electronic textbooks.

Chegg: Rent your textbooks for the semester and help the environment. Chegg has over a million textbooks available to rent or purchase, as well as a textbook buying program.

CourseSmart: Find your textbook online and save up to 50%. You can search, highlight and take notes in CourseSmart e-textbooks.

InterLibrary Loan: Some textbooks (if unavailable at Healey Library) may be borrowed from other libraries.  However, most libraries will not lend recent editions of textbooks.
