This print collection was given to the University of Massachusetts Boston by Ronald E. Sherman of Brookline, Mass., on July 7, 1982.

History

This collection of 80 prints includes silkscreens (some on acetate), etchings (some and aquatint), photosilkscreens, linocuts, posters, and a color lithograph and a woodcut. Most are unframed. All are by 20th century artists (produced between 1965 and 1975). There are women artists, as well as men. Many of the artists are Canadian, others are from the U.S., Israel, Japan, Germany, Venezuela, Italy, and England.
