This artificial collection is the work of an employee of the Boston Athenaeum who gathered printed leaflets handed out on the Boston Common from 1970 to 1973.

Scope and Content

The leaflets are primarily political in nature, covering such topics as the war in Vietnam, electoral issues, female liberation, boycotts, and student demonstrations.
