Service Desks

Circulation Desk - 2nd floor

The Circulation Desk is where patrons check out and return Healey Library books, Reserve course books, and InterLibrary Loan books.

Library barcodes, and current semester stickers are also issued from the Circulation desk.

Reference Service Desk - 4th floor

The Reference Service Desk is located on the 4th floor of the Library.

The staff can answer questions about accessing electronic resources, finding articles, locating materials and using the catalog.

IT Service Desk - 3rd and 4th floor

The IT Service Desk is  located on the 3rd floor is a part of the Healey Commons.  An additional walk-up service desk is located on the 4th floor of the library, adjacent to the reference desk.  This allows the librarians and IT technical team to work together in providing integrated services to the faculty, staff & students.
