Locating and Retrieving Library Materials
If the library stacks or other areas are inaccessible to you, please ask for assistance at the Circulation Desk, second floor. You may arrange with the Marilyn Day to have materials ready for pickup by an agreed upon time, with 24 hours notice (Monday-Friday).
You may also designate an individual to borrow books in your name. This individual will be issued a “proxy borrower card” by staff at the Circulation Desk. Please contact

Photocopy Services
If you are unable to make photocopies, library staff will make copies for you. Materials will be photocopied, as staffing permits and by an agreed upon time, with 24 hours notice. You may pay for photocopies by purchasing a print / photocopy card on the fourth floor of Healey Library.

Research Assistance

Elevators
The new Healey Library elevators have numbering in both Braille and Large Print. Additionally, the elevators “talk,” as the doors open and close, indicating the floor.
Accessible Restrooms
A handicap accessible restroom is located on the LL level of the Library building. The UL, fifth, sixth and eighth floors have one large restroom on each floor.
