Almost 13,000 journals are indexed including 7,300 peer-reviewed journals and more than 5,000 are full-text. Additionally, there is full text coverage of the New York Times from 1995 to the present.

Some of the major subjects covered include the arts, language and literature, history, medicine, the physical sciences, technology, the social sciences, and theology.

Special Features
Sort your results by type of literature. After running a search, click on the tabs to view documents in academic journals, magazines, books, newspapers and websites.
Limit your results to peer-reviewed articles. On the left side of the results, click on the check box marked "peer-reviewed". Now all the results will be from peer-reviewed or scholarly publications.
Create an account in Academic Onefile to save articles, search history and preferences. Click on the Login link at the top of the page.
