The Educator’s Reference Desk, a service of the Information Institute of Syracuse, has three components: Resource Guides which link to web sites about education; Lesson Plans which are searchable by subject and grade level, and an Archive of AskERIC questions and answers.
The Gateway to Educational Materials (GEM) search option links to additional educational resources in federal, state, university, non-profit and commercial internet sites. Although the tab is labeled GEM/ERIC, researchers are advised to use the U.S. Department of Education's ERIC website at www.eric.ed.gov for access to the complete set of full text materials available through ERIC. UMass Boston researchers can also use ERIC on the EBSCOhost platform and have access to ERIC’s full text collection.
