Healey Library's Curriculum Resource Center contains preK-12 instructional materials (print & electronic) to support the Graduate College of Education at UMB.
Resources in the CRC are available to all UMB patrons: faculty, students and staff.

MSP is located in the Curriculum Resource Center and offers Massachusetts resources to enhance teaching and learning.

Print Resources
Print collection in the CRC covers all grade levels and a variety of learning styles in these subject areas: Arts, Health, History, Math, Language Arts, Science, and Technology. Resources include: Braille/print books, Children's Award books, Educational games, Encyclopedias, English language larning, Fiction & Non-fiction, Lesson planning books, Math/Science kits, Multicultural literature, Place-Based learning materials, Reference books.
Research Assistance
CRC staff offer education-related research assistance to individuals and groups.
Spanish / Chinese collections in the CRC
K-12 Spanish Resource Center books are located in the CRC. Chinese language books for teachers, from the Confucius Institute are located in the CRC.
Study Space
CRC has comfortable study space for individuals and groups.
Technology in the CRC (Hardware & Software)
includes: IBM PCs, Alphasmart portable word processors, Boardmaker, Co-Writer, Digital cameras, Hyperstudio, Inspiration, Kidspiration, Kurzweil 3000, Scanner, Speaking Homework Wiz, Speaking Language Master, WriteOutLoud.
New Spanish Books!
Hundreds of K-12 Spanish books (from the Spanish Resource Center at UMB ) are now housed in the Curriculum Resource Center on the 5th floor of Healey Library.
There are many classics among this collection of juvenile literature. Some of the books are exclusively in Spanish; others are in Spanish and English.
This new collection is suitable for children, young adults, and adults who are learning Spanish.
